Im zarten Alter von 10 Jahren hörte FRANK LUKAS diese Zeilen zum ersten mal und wusste fortan: Diese Form der deutschsprachigen Musik möchte er ebenfalls schaffen.
FRANK LUKAS hat nie einen Hehl daraus gemacht, dass er deutschsprachige Musik mag. „Ich bin, lebe und spreche deutsch. Warum soll ich dann nicht auch deutsch singen? Außerdem ist es in meinen Augen die beste Musik, um zu feiern und auch gewisse Lebenssituationen zu verarbeiten".

Mit 6 Jahren bekam er sein erstes Keyboard. Frank meint dazu: „So sehr ich die Musik auch liebe: bis heute habe ich es nicht geschafft, Noten lesen zu lernen. Ich spiele rein nach Gefühl. Das ist nicht das Schlechteste, aber manchmal würde es mir schon helfen, wenn ich Noten lesen könnte…".

Mit 13 Jahren begann er, erste eigene Texte zu schreiben. Immer nah an seinem großen Vorbild MATTHIAS REIM, und trotzdem eignete er sich dabei seinen eigenen Stil an. Bis heute hat er knapp 80 Songs geschrieben - viele Fox-Titel, aber auch Herzschmerz-Balladen.

Obwohl er der Musik immer verfallen war und auch beruflich dort Fuß fassen wollte, blieb er Realist und absolvierte eine solide kaufmännische Ausbildung. Träume sind etwas schönes, aber davon lässt sich bekanntlich keine Miete bezahlen.

2008 konnte FRANK LUKAS dann seinen ersten, kleinen Erfolg erzielen: Mit dem Team Frank Lars war es ihm gelungen, die Songs "Du liebst ihn doch noch immer" und „Lieber allein" mit Frank Lars als Interpreten zu veröffentlichen, an dessen Texte &
Musik er maßgeblich beteiligt war. Beide Titel platzierten sich in den Deutschen Discotheken-Charts weit oben.

Nach der ersten Erfahrung im Studio versuchte er sich Anfang 2009 erstmalig selbst als Künstler:
Der selbst komponierte und getextete Titel "Ich liebe Dich

noch immer" war mehr als ein Achtungserfolg und brachte Frank neben viel Sympathien und neuen Fans auch aus dem Stand gute Platzierungen in den Discothekenhitparaden ein.

Mit seinem Produzenten JACK PRICE produzierte FRANK LUKAS das erste Minialbum „Volltreffer" und landete diesen auch prompt. Die Titel „Dann eben ohne Dich" und „Sag ihm…" platzierten sich direkt ganz weit oben in den Discotheken-Charts und nun blieb FRANK LUKAS auch den Veranstaltern nicht länger verborgen: in den Vorprogrammen von Michael Wendler, Andreas Martin, Oliver Frank und Matthias Reim konnte er zeigen, was in ihm steckt und gewann schnell eine große Fan-Gemeinde.
2010 veröffentlichte er dann den 3select Remix von „Sag ihm…" und bildete gemeinsam mit JACK PRICE das Duo LUKAS & PRICE. Mit „BETTLER UND PRINZ 2010", der deutschen Version des Smokie-Klassikers „Needles and Pins", schossen LUKAS & PRICE in allen Hitparaden nach ganz oben und wurden unter anderem auf der BALLERMANN HITS 2010 verewigt.

Nach der Veröffentlichung des Albums "MÄNNERHERZEN" am 01.07.2011, welches von den Machern der deutschsprachigen Musikszene durchweg positiv bewertet wurde, arbeiten FRANK LUKAS & JACK PRICE am zweiten FRANK LUKAS Album, dass von vielen Fans bereits sehnsüchtig erwartet wird. „Wir wollen an unsere ersten Erfolge anknüpfen und lassen uns daher die nötige Zeit, um letztendlich entsprechende Qualität abzuliefern". Im Sommer 2012 soll es dann aber soweit sein. Neben seinen eigenen Songs werden dann auch wieder einige Fremdkompositionen dabei sein.

Nachdem sich “Verdammt” und “Keinen Bock auf gar nichts mehr” erfolgreich in den deutschen Rundfunk- und DJ-Hitparaden platziert haben, folgt nun endlich die dritte Auskopplung aus seinem Debüt-Album “Männerherzen”.
Frank Lukas zeigt mit dieser Single, dass er nicht nur ein talentierter Sänger und Entertainer ist, sondern auch ein ausgezeichneter Songschreiber.
Neben den maßgeschneiderten Radio- und Discofox-Versionen aus der Hand von Jack Price ist auf Lukas neuer Single natürlich auch wieder ein hundertprozent tanzbarer Fox-Mix enthalten, auf den viele DJs schon sehnsüchtig warten.Die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Oliver Poschinger, der bereits den Remix zu “Sag ihm…” produzierte, geht also in die nächste Runde.

Auch in diesem Jahr vergibt die Europäische Gesellschaft für Musik (EGFM) wieder den Europäischen “Sound Award”-Musikpreis.

Nachdem bereits in den letzten Jahren Hochkaräter wie David Guetta, Placebo, Die Fantastischen Vier, Andreas Martin u.v.m. den begehrten Preis für sich verbuchen konnten, wählte eine unabhängige Jury aus Redakteuren, Musikproduzenten und Verlegern, in den einzelnen Kategorien aus jeweils fünf Vorschlägen die 2012er-Sieger. Erstmals wird in diesem Jahr der “Fachpreis für den besten Online-Auftritt” verliehen, mit dem das Internet-Entertainment Portal http://www.mix1.de ausgezeichnet wird.

Bereits seit Jahren zeigt die Europäische Gesellschaft für Musik immer wieder auf, wie wichtige die Förderung und Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Musik in Europa ist. Noch immer sind die USA Europa im gesamten Musikmarkt in Produktion, Promotion und Management um Klassen voraus. Stets gelingt es, amerikanische Musik und Künstler, in Europa erfolgreich zu platzieren. Dagegen schauen europäische Acts auf dem amerikanischen Markt zumeist in die Röhre. Aus diesem Grund setzt sich die EGFM nachdrücklich für die Förderung europäischer Künstler und Musik ein und zeichnet diese auch aus. Die EGFM ist ebenfalls Überwachungorgan der “Offiziellen Deutschen Party & Schlager Charts”, “Deutschen Pop Charts”, “Official Euro Top 100″ und “British Dance Charts”.

„I MOVE THROUGH THE STREETS TO MIDNIGHT, I HAVE MADE THE EARLY ALSO WITH PLEASURE …"

At the tender age of 10 years FRANK LUKAS heard these lines for the first time and knew from now on: He would also like to create this form of the German-speaking music.
FRANK LUKAS has never made a secret of the fact that he likes German-speaking music. „I am, live and speak in German. Why should I not sing then also in German? Moreover, it is in my eyes the best music to celebrate and also to process certain life situations".

At the age of 6 years he got his first keyboard. Frank means about it: „So much I also love the music: till this day I have not got to learn to read marks. I play purely after feeling. This is not the worst, but sometimes it would already help me if I could read marks …".

He began with 13 years to write the first own texts. Besides, always near in his big model MATTHIAS REIM, and, nevertheless, he appropriated his own style. Till this day he has written just 80 songs - many fox terrier titles, but also heart pain ballads.

Although he had always gone to ruin to the music and also wanted to gain professionally there a foothold, he remained a realist and finished a respectable business education. Dreams are something nice, but of it no rent can be paid, as everybody knows.

Then in 2008 FRANK LUKAS could achieve his first, small success: With the team Frank Lars he had succeeded, the songs "you love him to publish, nevertheless, still" and „of dears only" with Frank Lars as interpreters in whose texts & music he was decisively involved. Both titles placed themselves in the German discotheque charts far on top.

After the first experience in the studio he tried in the beginning of 2009 first even as an artist: The self-composed and written title "I loves you still" was more than one succès d'estime and introduced in Frank beside a lot of sympathies and new fans also from a standing position good orders in the discotheque hit parades.

With his producer JACK PRICE FRANK LUKAS produced the first minialbum "direct hit" and landed this also promptly. The titles „Then just without you" and „Say to him …" placed themselves directly quite far on top in the discotheque charts and now FRANK LUKAS remained concealed also to the organizers no longer: in the interludes of Michael Wendler, Andreas Martin, Oliver Frank and Matthias Reim he could point what is in him and won fast a big following.
Then in 2010 he published 3select Remix of „Say to him …" and formed together with JACK PRICE the duet LUKAS & PRICE.
